On Arriving date you will be picked from the airport either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport overnight to White House hotel located in Moshi, though you can select any hotel of your choice but the additional cost will differ accordingly. You will be able to take some rest and preparing for the journey to conquer Mt. Kilimanjaro where you will have some time with our guide that will take some brief about the tour at the hotel. Ngaiza adventures will cover one night before the climbing and one night after the summit.

On Day 4 of the Rongai Route expedition, climbers take a vital acclimatization break at Mawenzi Tarn. Located at an altitude of 14,205 feet (4,330 meters), this scenic spot provides breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. It's a day dedicated to rest and light activities like short hikes or yoga to help the climbers adjust to the altitude safely. The guides also use this time to assess the group's condition and ensure everyone is acclimating well. This strategic pause plays a crucial role in preparing climbers for the summit push while minimizing the risk of altitude-related issues.
Leave the picturesque Mawenzi Tarn Camp and trek across the Saddle, a flat and arid stretch between Mawenzi and Kibo. The landscape transforms into a lunar desert-like setting, offering a unique and otherworldly experience. Ascend to Kibo Hut, located at the base of the Kibo crater wall, at an elevation of 4,700 meters (15,420 feet). Rest and gather your strength for the summit attempt.
Today is the day you've been working towards – summit day! Begin your challenging night climb to Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro. Trek through the darkness, illuminated by the stars and your determination. Reach Gilman's Point, situated at 5,681 meters (18,638 feet), and witness the breathtaking sunrise over the vast African landscape. Continue your ascent to the summit, standing proudly at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet). Take a moment to celebrate your achievement and savor the panoramic views. Descend back to Kibo Hut and continue down to Horombo Hut, located at 3,720 meters (12,205 feet). Spend your final night on the mountain, reflecting on your remarkable accomplishment.
Descend through the lush heath and moorland, gradually leaving the mountain behind. Pass through Mandara Hut and continue your descent to Marangu Gate, located at 1,870 meters (6,135 feet). Complete the necessary formalities and receive your well-deserved certificates of achievement. Transfer back to your hotel in Moshi, where you can rest, recover, and reflect on the incredible journey you've undertaken.
On your departure day from the hotel, we ensure a safe journey back home by picking you up from the hotel and driving you to either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport.
